By accessing or using VibeCS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VibeCS provides an AI-powered customer support chatbot widget that can be embedded on websites. The Service crawls your website content to train a chatbot that answers visitor questions based on your site's information.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
VibeCS offers multiple pricing tiers including monthly subscriptions and a lifetime plan. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with prior notice.
Free Trial. The Lifetime plan includes a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the one-time lifetime fee.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly plans, access continues until the end of the current billing period. For the Lifetime plan trial, you must cancel before the 7-day trial expires to avoid being charged.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days.
The "Lifetime" plan grants access to the Service for the lifetime of the product. VibeCS guarantees that the Lifetime plan will provide access for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of your subscription purchase. Should the Service be discontinued, lifetime subscribers will receive at least 30 days' advance notice.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of VibeCS. You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including crawled website content. By using the Service, you grant VibeCS a limited license to process your content solely to provide the chatbot functionality.
VibeCS collects and processes data necessary to provide the Service, including website content you submit for crawling and chat interactions between end users and the chatbot. We do not sell your data to third parties. Chat logs may be retained for service improvement and analytics purposes.
The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., payment processing via Stripe, AI model providers). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. VibeCS is not responsible for third-party service availability or practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. VibeCS does not guarantee that chatbot responses will be accurate, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying chatbot output for your use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
