The new VibeCS dashboard: who's ready to buy, and what needs you, in one look
Open VibeCS and you now know in one look whether your website needs you: who's ready to buy, which questions went unanswered, and whether your VibeCS Agent is still live. On a quiet day the answer is nothing, and you're done in ten seconds.
Until today, coming back to VibeCS meant walking through the same setup steps you did on day one. Now setup happens once. After that you land in a dashboard built around the things that win you customers and save you time.
Know in ten seconds whether anything needs you
The Overview opens on a short list called Needs you, and it only shows what does:
- Questions your VibeCS Agent couldn't answer, with the most-asked one quoted, so you know which gap is costing you the most.
- New possible leads, and how many of them left an email.
- A nudge when your site hasn't been rescanned in two weeks, so new prices or hours don't go stale. One click rescans it.
When none of that applies, it says "Nothing needs you right now." Beside it are the week's numbers: conversations, questions, possible leads and the share of questions VibeCS answered. Switch to 30 or 90 days to see the trend.
Across the top, four tiles answer the questions owners worry about: is the chat live on my site, how much of my site does it know, where do my leads go, and what plan am I on. Each one takes you straight to the fix.
Find the buyers before they find someone else
The Inbox holds every conversation on your site, with tabs for Possible leads, Left an email and Unanswered, each with its count. The buyers are one click away instead of buried in a list, and search finds the visitor who asked about Saturday by their question or their email address.
Open a conversation to read exactly what the visitor asked and what VibeCS told them. If you'd word a reply differently, fix it right under that reply, and VibeCS uses your version from then on.
Answer a question once, and never again
Answers lists every question VibeCS couldn't answer in the last 30 days, most asked first, with repeats counted once. Choose Write answer and VibeCS drafts one from your own pages, with any missing facts in brackets for you to fill in. Save it, and the next visitor who asks gets your answer.
Not every question deserves one. Set it aside with one click and it stops coming back. Everything you've dealt with goes into an archive, so you never answer the same thing twice. And if a question was last asked before your latest rescan, the page says so, because VibeCS may already know the answer.
Look and sound like your business
Appearance puts your choices on the left and your VibeCS Agent on the right, answering from your real pages in your colors. Pick a friendly or a direct personality, keep the colors VibeCS picked from your site or choose your own, and write the first message visitors see. You see exactly what a visitor will see before they do.
Know it's working without checking
Install has one bar at the top that reads either "Not on your site yet" or "Installed and live". It turns green on its own the first time the chat loads for a visitor, and Check my site tests any page whenever you want. VibeCS recognizes your website builder and shows the steps for that one. If someone else runs your website, send them the steps and your snippet in one email.
Change plans, update your card or cancel from Settings & plan, any time, without emailing anyone.
Running more than one site?
Pro covers up to 3 sites and Agency up to 20. Switch between them from the sidebar, and each site keeps its own conversations and answers.
What's on which plan
Every plan gets the Overview numbers, Appearance, Install and Settings & plan. The Needs you list, reading every conversation and writing your own answers are Pro: $12 a month for up to 3 sites, or included in Lifetime at $99 once. Basic is $8 a month, and every locked page has a button that moves you to Pro.

Setup is three steps and you only do them once: paste your address, ask your VibeCS Agent the questions your customers ask, then add one line to your site. No signup to try it. After that, the dashboard above is where you come back to see who's ready to buy.
