Turn support questions into leads: the questions on your site that are really sales

The most valuable messages on your website don't look like sales. They look like support questions: "How much is it?", "Do you have anything Saturday?", "Do you come out to my area?" Each one is a buyer with their hand up. Answer it at the right moment and get a way to follow up, and a support question becomes a lead.

Most sites lose these people. The question gets asked in a contact form nobody checks until Monday, or not at all, and the visitor books with whoever answered first. This post is about closing that gap.

The questions that are really sales

Look through the last month of questions your business got and sort them into two piles.

    • Buying questions: price, booking, availability, "do you do X", "can you come out on Y". The person asking is deciding whether to give you money.
    • Questions your site can't answer. Either the answer is missing from your site, which is worth fixing, or the person needs something specific, which is worth a conversation.

Everything else (hours, directions, how to reset a password) is real support. It matters, but nobody is about to buy because of it. The first two piles are where the revenue hides.

How VibeCS Pro turns them into leads

VibeCS answers every visitor from your own pages, day and night, on every plan. Pro adds the part that turns a question into a lead:

    • When a visitor asks a buying question, or something your site doesn't answer, VibeCS offers to take their email right there in the chat, at the moment they're most interested.
    • If they leave it, you get an email with their address, their question and what VibeCS told them. Reply to that email and your answer goes straight to them.
    • If VibeCS couldn't answer a buying question, you hear about it straight away, once per conversation, so a hot question doesn't sit unseen until the weekend is over.

The visitor gets an answer instead of a form. You get a name to call back instead of a bounce in your analytics.

See every conversation, and the ones that matter

Pro keeps an inbox of every conversation on your site, with the possible leads and the unanswered questions one click away. Every Monday you get a digest: how many people asked, who left an email, which buying questions came in and which questions VibeCS couldn't answer.

That weekly read is the cheapest market research you'll ever do. The questions people ask are the questions your website should already answer.

Answer once, and the next visitor doesn't need you

When VibeCS couldn't answer something, open the conversation and choose "Write the answer". VibeCS drafts one from your own pages, with the missing facts in brackets for you to fill in. Save it, and from the next question on, VibeCS gives your answer to anyone who asks the same thing, in their own language.

Each answer you write is one fewer email you'll get next week, and one more visitor who gets a yes while they're still on your site.

What this looks like for a small business

Say you run a plumbing business. At 9:40 on a Sunday night someone asks your website whether you can look at a leaking water heater this week. VibeCS answers from your service pages and offers to take their email so you can confirm a time. They leave it. On Monday morning their request is waiting in your inbox, with the question in their own words, before they've called anyone else.

Nothing about that needed you to be awake, and nothing needed a salesperson.

    What it costs

Pro is $12 a month for up to 3 sites. Lifetime is $99 once and includes everything in Pro on up to 3 sites. Basic, at $8 a month, answers every visitor and sends a Monday summary of who was interested, but doesn't take emails; if you want the leads themselves, that's Pro.

Try it on your own site first

Paste your address into the VibeCS dashboard and ask your VibeCS Agent the question your best customers ask before they buy. No signup to try it. If the answer is good, you're one line of code away from turning those questions into leads.
