How VibeCS works on Carrd

1. 1.Paste your site's address into the dashboard. VibeCS crawls your public pages and builds the bot from them. Nothing to upload, no training data.
2. 2.Ask it the questions your customers ask. Pick a tone: friendly or direct. Adjust the color to match your brand.
3. 3.Paste the snippet into Settings, Code, Body End. The chat bubble appears on your site and answers from your pages only.

Where to paste the snippet in Carrd

1. 1.Open your site in the Carrd editor and click the gear icon for Settings.
2. 2.Open the Code section and paste the VibeCS snippet into Body End.
3. 3.Click Save, then Publish.

The Code section needs Carrd Pro Standard or higher.

The snippet is one line. The dashboard generates yours with your site's own id:

What the bot can answer

• Anything on your public pages: pricing, hours, policies, how-tos, product details, contact options.
• In your words. It answers from your content and doesn't invent policies you don't have.
• At any hour, on every page where the snippet runs, on phones and desktops.
• When it doesn't know, it says so and points the visitor to you. On Pro it offers to take their email.
• It re-reads your site every week, so updates to your pages reach the bot on their own.

Which Carrd plan do I need?

The Code section needs Carrd Pro Standard or higher.

Is one page enough content for a bot?

For a landing page, yes. It answers from what's there and says when something isn't. If you link to docs or a FAQ on another domain, the bot won't read those; keep the key answers on the page.

Do I need a developer?

No. You paste one line of code into Settings, Code, Body End. If you'd rather not, the dashboard can email the exact steps and the snippet to whoever manages your Carrd site.

What does it cost?

$8 a month for the base plan, $12 a month for Pro, which adds an inbox of every conversation, lead capture when the bot can't answer and a weekly digest, or $99 once for everything, forever. You can test the bot on your site before paying.

Will it slow down my Carrd site?

No. The widget is one small script that loads after your page, and the chat itself runs on our servers.

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?

It says so and points the visitor to you instead of guessing. On Pro it offers to take their email so you can follow up.
