How VibeCS works on Wix

1. 1.Paste your site's address into the dashboard. VibeCS crawls your public pages and builds the bot from them. Nothing to upload, no training data.
2. 2.Ask it the questions your customers ask. Pick a tone: friendly or direct. Adjust the color to match your brand.
3. 3.Paste the snippet into Settings, Custom Code. The chat bubble appears on your site and answers from your pages only.

Where to paste the snippet in Wix

1. 1.In your Wix dashboard go to Settings, then under Advanced choose Custom Code.
2. 2.Click Add Custom Code and paste the VibeCS snippet.
3. 3.Name it VibeCS, choose All pages, and set Place code in to Body - end.
4. 4.Click Apply. Publish your site if prompted.

What the bot can answer

• Anything on your public pages: pricing, hours, policies, how-tos, product details, contact options.
• In your words. It answers from your content and doesn't invent policies you don't have.
• At any hour, on every page where the snippet runs, on phones and desktops.
• When it doesn't know, it says so and points the visitor to you. On Pro it offers to take their email.
• It re-reads your site every week, so updates to your pages reach the bot on their own.

Questions people ask before installing

Which Wix plan do I need?

Custom code is available on Wix Premium plans with a connected domain. Free Wix sites can't add it.

Does it replace Wix Chat?

It can. Wix Chat needs you to answer; VibeCS answers on its own from your pages and points people to you when it can't. Running both means two bubbles, so pick one.

Do I need a developer?

No. You paste one line of code into Settings, Custom Code. If you'd rather not, the dashboard can email the exact steps and the snippet to whoever manages your Wix site.

What does it cost?

$8 a month for the base plan, $12 a month for Pro, which adds an inbox of every conversation, lead capture when the bot can't answer and a weekly digest, or $99 once for everything, forever. You can test the bot on your site before paying.

Will it slow down my Wix site?

No. The widget is one small script that loads after your page, and the chat itself runs on our servers.

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
