How VibeCS works on v0

1. 1.Paste your site's address into the dashboard. VibeCS crawls your public pages and builds the bot from them. Nothing to upload, no training data.
2. 2.Ask it the questions your customers ask. Pick a tone: friendly or direct. Adjust the color to match your brand.
3. 3.Paste the snippet into app/layout.tsx, through the v0 chat. The chat bubble appears on your site and answers from your pages only.

What the bot can answer

• Anything on your public pages: pricing, hours, policies, how-tos, product details, contact options.
• In your words. It answers from your content and doesn't invent policies you don't have.
• At any hour, on every page where the snippet runs, on phones and desktops.
• When it doesn't know, it says so and points the visitor to you. On Pro it offers to take their email.
• It re-reads your site every week, so updates to your pages reach the bot on their own.

Questions people ask before installing

Do I have to edit code?

No. Paste the snippet into v0's chat with the sentence from the steps above. The layout wraps every page, so one change covers the whole site.

What if v0 uses next/script instead of a plain tag?

Either works, as long as the data-site-id and data-persona attributes stay on the tag. Those tell the widget which bot to load.

Do I need a developer?

No. You paste one line of code into app/layout.tsx, through the v0 chat. If you'd rather not, the dashboard can email the exact steps and the snippet to whoever manages your v0 app.

What does it cost?

$8 a month for the base plan, $12 a month for Pro, which adds an inbox of every conversation, lead capture when the bot can't answer and a weekly digest, or $99 once for everything in Pro, guaranteed for at least a year. Agencies building client sites can cover up to 20 of them for $49 a month. You can test the bot on your site before paying.

Will it slow down my v0 app?

No. The widget is one small script that loads after your page, and the chat itself runs on our servers.

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?

It says so and points the visitor to you instead of guessing. On Pro it offers to take their email so you can follow up.
