How VibeCS works on Claude Code apps

1. 1.Paste your site's address into the dashboard. VibeCS crawls your public pages and builds the bot from them. Nothing to upload, no training data.

Where to paste the snippet in Claude Code apps

What the bot can answer

• Anything on your public pages: pricing, hours, policies, how-tos, product details, contact options.
• In your words. It answers from your content and doesn't invent policies you don't have.
• At any hour, on every page where the snippet runs, on phones and desktops.
• When it doesn't know, it says so and points the visitor to you. On Pro it offers to take their email.
• It re-reads your site every week, so updates to your pages reach the bot on their own.

Questions people ask before installing

Do I have to find the file myself?

No. Say what you want and Claude Code finds the file that wraps every page: index.html on Vite, app/layout.tsx on Next.js, the base layout on Astro, Rails or Django. One place, so the bubble loads once.

The site is still on localhost. Can I set it up now?

Deploy first. The bot learns from your live pages, so paste the public address into the dashboard once the site is up, then add the snippet it gives you.

Is there a shortcut?

Yes. The two plugin commands above install it once. After that, say "Add the VibeCS support chat" and paste your snippet; the skill does the rest.

Do I need a developer?

No. You paste one line of code into the template that wraps every page, through Claude Code. If you'd rather not, the dashboard can email the exact steps and the snippet to whoever manages your Claude Code app.

What does it cost?

$8 a month for the base plan, $12 a month for Pro, which adds an inbox of every conversation, lead capture when the bot can't answer and a weekly digest, or $99 once for everything in Pro, guaranteed for at least a year. Agencies building client sites can cover up to 20 of them for $49 a month. You can test the bot on your site before paying.

Will it slow down my Claude Code app?

No. The widget is one small script that loads after your page, and the chat itself runs on our servers.

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?

It says so and points the visitor to you instead of guessing. On Pro it offers to take their email so you can follow up.
