Add an AI support chat widget to HubSpot CMS

HubSpot CMS sites usually already run HubSpot's own chat, but it needs someone on the other end. VibeCS answers on its own from your published pages, and HubSpot's site footer HTML setting adds it to every page in a couple of minutes.

Try it on your site, no signup About 2 minutes to install. No code to write.

How VibeCS works on HubSpot CMS

    1. 1.Paste your site's address into the dashboard. VibeCS crawls your public pages and builds the bot from them. Nothing to upload, no training data.
    2. 2.Ask it the questions your customers ask. Pick a tone: friendly or direct. Adjust the color to match your brand.
    3. 3.Paste the snippet into Settings, Website, Pages, Site footer HTML. The chat bubble appears on your site and answers from your pages only.

Where to paste the snippet in HubSpot CMS

    1. 1.In HubSpot go to Settings, then Website, then Pages.
    2. 2.Choose the domain at the top, then find Site footer HTML.
    3. 3.Paste the VibeCS snippet and click Save.

The snippet is one line. The dashboard generates yours with your site's own id:

    <script src="https://cs-vibe.com/widget/v1.js" data-site-id="your-site-id" data-persona="buddy"></script>

    What the bot can answer

    • Anything on your public pages: pricing, hours, policies, how-tos, product details, contact options.
    • In your words. It answers from your content and doesn't invent policies you don't have.
    • At any hour, on every page where the snippet runs, on phones and desktops.
    • When it doesn't know, it says so and points the visitor to you. On Pro it offers to take their email.
    • It re-reads your site every week, so updates to your pages reach the bot on their own.

    Questions people ask before installing

Can I keep HubSpot's own chat?
You can, but two chat bubbles confuse visitors. Most people turn HubSpot's off and let VibeCS handle questions, with 'reach a person' pointing to their contact form or meeting link.
Does it read my HubSpot knowledge base?
If the knowledge base is public and on the same site, yes. Articles behind a login aren't crawled.
    Do I need a developer?
No. You paste one line of code into Settings, Website, Pages, Site footer HTML. If you'd rather not, the dashboard can email the exact steps and the snippet to whoever manages your HubSpot CMS site.
    What does it cost?
$8 a month for the base plan, $12 a month for Pro, which adds an inbox of every conversation, lead capture when the bot can't answer and a weekly digest, or $99 once for everything, forever. You can test the bot on your site before paying.
Will it slow down my HubSpot CMS site?
No. The widget is one small script that loads after your page, and the chat itself runs on our servers.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It says so and points the visitor to you instead of guessing. On Pro it offers to take their email so you can follow up.

See it answer questions about your HubSpot CMS site

Paste your address, wait for the crawl, ask it five questions. If it does well, go live for $8 a month or $99 once. If it doesn't, you've lost three minutes.
