How VibeCS works on WordPress

1. 1.Paste your site's address into the dashboard. VibeCS crawls your public pages and builds the bot from them. Nothing to upload, no training data.
2. 2.Ask it the questions your customers ask. Pick a tone: friendly or direct. Adjust the color to match your brand.
3. 3.Paste the snippet into the WPCode footer box. The chat bubble appears on your site and answers from your pages only.

Where to paste the snippet in WordPress

1. 1.In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins, then Add New, search for WPCode and click Install, then Activate. (It's free.)
2. 2.In the left menu open Code Snippets, then Header & Footer.
3. 3.Paste the VibeCS snippet into the Footer box.
4. 4.Click Save Changes. Open your site in a new tab; the chat bubble appears bottom-right.

If your theme already has a 'footer scripts' box under Appearance, Customize, you can paste it there instead.

The snippet is one line. The dashboard generates yours with your site's own id:

What the bot can answer

• Anything on your public pages: pricing, hours, policies, how-tos, product details, contact options.
• In your words. It answers from your content and doesn't invent policies you don't have.
• At any hour, on every page where the snippet runs, on phones and desktops.
• When it doesn't know, it says so and points the visitor to you. On Pro it offers to take their email.
• It re-reads your site every week, so updates to your pages reach the bot on their own.

Questions people ask before installing

Is there a VibeCS WordPress plugin?

Not yet, and you don't need one. The snippet works with the free WPCode plugin or any theme that has a footer scripts box. Nothing on your side needs updating when we ship changes.

Does it read my blog posts too?

Yes. It crawls your public pages and posts, so a how-to article you wrote last year becomes an answer the bot can give today.

Do I need a developer?

No. You paste one line of code into the WPCode footer box. If you'd rather not, the dashboard can email the exact steps and the snippet to whoever manages your WordPress site.

What does it cost?

$8 a month for the base plan, $12 a month for Pro, which adds an inbox of every conversation, lead capture when the bot can't answer and a weekly digest, or $99 once for everything, forever. You can test the bot on your site before paying.

Will it slow down my WordPress site?

No. The widget is one small script that loads after your page, and the chat itself runs on our servers.
